The Fell Beast looks stellar. The Witch King doesn't look right though, maybe it's how wide his helm is at the bottom?

And yeah- what's with the Uruk Hai?

Were the Uruk-Hai not in the Two Towers movie when the Nazgul and Witch-king arrived and Osgiliath fell? I believe they were in the book.

The Uruk-Hai in The Two Towers were apart of Saruman's army that waged war against Rohan. They launched the attack on Helm's Deep.

The army that attacked Osgiliath were legions of Orc from Mordor.

When the Witch King arrives to Osgiliath in ROTK, it was still the same legions of Orc that had control over the city.

I'm almost positive at no point in The Two Towers do we see the same Uruk-Hai from Helm's Deep at Osgilitath.

And on that second to last note, when Frodo, Sam, and Gollum are at Osgiliath in The Two Towers the Witch King is not yet wearing his armor. He doesn't put it on until ROTK when the trio are passing near Minas Morgul, long after they've passed through Osgiliath and Gondor. So actually this diorama is a mix of characters put together to portray a scene that never happened.

That scene never happen on the book, Frodo and Sam, NEVER pass through Osgiliath, they never faced that Nazgul, this is one of the worst changes from Peter Jackson, and one of the worst scenes of the trilogy, because this is not a change or an adaptation, but a distortion of characters and geography that makes no sense, making Faramir a kind of villain (he´s a hero on the books) and all.

Depict this on a Diorama, was a very unhappy choose by IS, show how they don´t know or even don´t care about the history, they just want to make a kick ass scene. I know the license is from the movie, but the choice was the kind of one that only could came from someone who don´t know the work of Tolkien.

A Diorama tells a history, and this one have no sense. Very bad.
