Pose is similar to the awful Archangel pose. Wonder if the same art director designed this piece. Seems as though when it comes to less popular characters XM phones it in.

All companies repeat poses. There are a ton of examples, but Sideshow just did it with Silver Surfer and Batman if you need a current one.

the batman one looks more then a same pose, it looks like the same thing just changed the painting and added batsuit to it.
lol maybe they were the leftover or extra and they made them into a new statue.
