Ouch. I had already decided to pass on this, it’s just not good enough to me, but, 6k? Really? Wow!

Christopher Reeve is in high demand , especially as a PF - I think they will tweak the sculpt perhaps a bit, based on the initial feedback - I wouldn’t pass up on it though if I were you as there just isnt a lot out there with regards to him. I would kick myself in the ass if I missed out on this - But to each his own amirite!

That's why I make sure to point out how much I love the minimalist, classy base on this SSC effort (with an "S" shield that is specific to the movie's key art).
With the DarkSide, I suppose they deserve some respect for at least steering clear of another crystal fortress style base- this property's equivalent of Batman-on-a-gargoyle.

Sideshow should take one more stab at the portrait, as the current one does not cut it. It is about 90% there.

Eh, I already have a HT version. If I change my mind I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time.

I still think 6K is a misprint.... Has any sideshow piece been 6000 ES or similar?

Well, I looked it up and I've seen ES for Superman up to 3500 and this Batman had a ES of 7500 so I do believe now it is not a misprint....6000 seems to be right

The OG Superman is 7500es. The Batman you have pictured is over 10000es. 3500ex, 7000reg and I think another 1500es for the modern age. Recent Punisher is 6000. Silver Surfer is 6500.

The portrait should look better than it does. The rest of the piece looks decent enough.
I agree the face looks really goofy...
