Agreed, Luis, totally.
Secrets, more often than not, do more harm than good. It's sad when they exist between spouses, which is.. to me.. the most open and sharing relationship possible. As it should be.
I don't believe in keeping secrets.. I'd rather share my mind and be hammered on than know or feel something and not express it. Obviously tact plays into this. Also, there's a time and place for such revelations to occur, and some "secrets" are non-substantial (or purely innocent), but most are not.

Unfortunatley, we live in a world that rotates on superficiality and what's in the "surface!" and when we get into relationships,....we sometimes (or more often than we should) try to "show" the other person ONLY our best qualities rather than share ALL of our qualities, and of course, you would think that by the time you've gotten married, that the person has shared ALL of whom they are with you. But unfortunately, even people who get married STILL don't know ALL of what makes their spouse, their spouse. IN fact, some people can keep secrets and not allow their spouses to "see" a part of them that they know might "hinder" the relationship, until the day they die.
It's a shame for sure.
