I don't think this has anything to do with how busy Eric is. This is all coming down to approval from Capcom.
A company, especially a new company like PrototypeZ doesn't give estimates like late March early-mid April without having heard an estimate from the company they are waiting for approval from.
I'm almost certain this is why PopCultureShock takes years to release new SF pieces as well.
All of the approval for Capcom fighting games comes from Japan. So I imagine all the approval for Capcom fighting game characters also comes from Japan. Which seemingly takes awhile.
I believe buying a Capcom license is up to Capcom USA. But approval Capcom Japan.
Look at Kotobukiya. They landed the license for an SF Bishujo line last year, yet here we are a year later and haven't seen so much as a preview. Yet they acquired Tekken and Mass Effect at the same time or later and we've seen plenty previews and releases.
So don't fought the companies like PrototypeZ and PCS for the long waits, I'm almost certain it's really not their fought.
