They mean Legion, who have by rights gone very quiet, nothing on their FB page since late February and they don't seem to be replying to emails according to comments on their FB page.

a while back I'd asked Todd at SpecFiction to check to see how things were there, as I'd got no responses from them, haven't heard anything yet...so still

Yeah, I emailed Todd too. I'd like to know. I know its out of his control, but I hope he's gotten some news.
But if something has gone wrong, there is plenty at Spec Fiction I'll throw that cash at. XM Thor, multiple incoming Prime 1 LoTR pieces, no problem.
