My wife has a "gallery" in our nook in which we rotate our prints every couple of months. My Cap litho was up and I put up the original Ken Taylor Beneath the POTA on Friday. The colours are similar as is the style of the artwork and I tell you the Cap litho holds up just fine presentation wise. Great score on your part for 1/3 of the cost of the screen print IMHO.
My Captain America arrived today. It's the SDCC exclusive and is very nice. It will be interesting to compare with the paper used by Mondo.

Director Marc Webb tweeted the following few hours back.

"THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN opens July 3 at 12:01am get your special edition IMAX Mondo poster. Tickets on sale now at http://www.IMAX.com".

I am guessing this will not be a screen print, but similar to the smaller size John Carter Mondo poster print by J.C. Richard.

Around 13x19, that's about half the regular poster size. I have yet to frame my copy.

Hopefully the Spidey is the full size. Can someone PM me when they get images and details.

Since it's a free giveaway and will be printed in hundreds, I doubt it will be full size. Hope I am wrong though.

I wonder which artist Mondo went with for this Spidey poster. Any wishes?

Ha..that will be awesome. And could be totally possible in the future, since Justin from Mondo was in fact getting in touch with McFarlane's people several months ago.

I guess this means a Mondo screen print for Spider-Man is out. At least I won't have to panic. I wonder what they have planned for SDCC. I assume they will hold off on whatever big release until SDCC since it's only a few weeks away.
