dont know why the pics are rotated to the left...

anyway dont know if you can tell from the pictures but if you look at her boots then look at her chest piece, i think youll know what im taking about. The red on the chest piece is really faded out. That's not my camera playing tricks or the lighting being bad, that's really how the statue looks like in all the pics. And when you look at her boots, you can tell it's that nice, bright, metallic red color. The chest piece isn't anything like that at all.

First... I would create an account with either Flickr or photobucket. Upload your photos there. Go to info and copy the link (see how I did it). You need your IMG code. I never upload photo through the forum method. It's a pain to look at lol.

Regarding the pics, some of them are taken with a flash which is hard to see but what I can see, the Wonder Woman is fine. If it was faded, the cape would have been too. I don't see any issues. Sometimes when you look at other peeps pics or video review, lighting plays a big role. It can distort the look of a statue.

Welcome to the forum.

You can't tell its faded? It's suppose to be the same color as her boots. When you look at the boots in my pics, you can tell its a much richer and brighter color than the chest piece. Thanks for your input though.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I think there is something to be said about the lighting playing a role here. I just took some pics of mine, with and w/o flash, and at a couple angles, and you can see the difference those variables can make. W/O flash the bodice looks to match the boots and cape perfectly. With flash you start to see the gloss and metallic sheen differentiate it from the cape a lot more, then with the lower angle and flash you really see it lighten up to an almost metallic pink when compared to the boots and cape. I'm not saying your's isn't faded, just saying that the lighting and angle could be causing a bit of an illusion of variation in tone.

I wished mine looked as good as yours lol. Just compare the bodice from my pic and your pic. It's really not the lightning or the camera, that's really how my statue looks like. It more like the color of pinkish red than metallic red. Now that I think of it, there's like a grayish haze around the bodice. (No it's not the glare or the flash from the camera, there really is a distinguishable gray haze around the bodice.)

The chest does look a slight pinkish color.... Almost looks like it was displayed with the sun hitting it for awhile...

Unless people have tint on their class cabinets or their home windows, UV light will fade the colors of statues... All my windows at home are clear tinted but blocks out like 99% UV light.

The chest looks faded in those pics. But why would just the chest area be faded and not the boots?
