Are these statues serial numbered on the bottom of the base, the outside of the box, or both, and is there a C.O.A.?

Not sure what you mean by serial number, but the edition number is on the shipper and bottom of the base. The code for registration is on the bottom of the base.

I was in the same boat as a lot of you. I have been mulling over this peice for awhile. In the end I can not justify the $850 price tag on it. It is a great peice, but I am getting new SS Cap EX & Red Skull EX shipped for $750. Two for the price of one and I save $100 bucks.
I am 100% ordering Magneto. XM will have to blow me away (like Magneto) to get me to drop $850 on one piece. So far Magneto is my only no brainer.

Too bad you won't be able to get him newe...haven't you heard? Those that have all bought previous statues from XM get first dibs.
Captain America has sold out. You can best believe they all want Magneto as well.

I changed my mind... I will take 3 XM Caps, 2 XM Black widows, and 12 XM Magnetos, thank you.

I'll be waiting for Jean Grey, Psylocke, and Ms. Marvel (depending on poses/scenes) for my female XM statues.
I seriously can not get enough news from them!
