Don't mistake dimensional weight for actual weight. Could be a calculated weight because of the size of the box. It even has a separate international weight mentioned that's higher.

That sounds too heavy for this, and if it says dimensional then I wouldn't go by that.

Yes, dimensional weight is a pricing technique that shippers use to make their money if the package takes up a lot of space but is lightweight relatively speaking. So here Sideshow is probably saying that your shipping charge will be the charge for a 46 lb box or the actual weight, whichever is greater.

Nowdays it's all calculated by dimensional :| Every statue's box is considered oversize pretty much :P
