I was told they had a lot of cancellations due to everything that's going on right now and will do a bulk refund to people at the end of the month. Will wait until the 1st to call back. If they keep their word, I will PO Ivy when she goes up. I think she's next?

I don't trust anything about TH when it comes to refunds. If you need to cancel an item you are in for a battle.

I've been waiting on a refund since May 2019. They told me I'm still in queue to receive a refund and that I should have it by the end of May, but that didn't happen.

It seems it would be easier just to keep the statue and then sell it for a 25% discount.
