these actors need to take a page from the X-Men cast over at FOX. They got everybody back and I'm sure are paying a fare wage to everyone for a huge epic. The Avengers guys need to understand that it's the sum of the parts not the individuals. That being said since RDJ is now the mainstream darling he needs to understand that his HUGE paydays will not happen if he isn't in the movies. For a ensemble movie making 10 million is more than enough , cash in on the solo flick. 50-70 million for a movie. Rember 10 years ago you were doing movies and gladly taking 1 million or less for your "ART"

If Ronan is cast as Wanda (Maximoff, not the Wanderer) I am certain she will do an excellent job, but physically she certainly isn't who springs to mind for the role.
I am guessing the actor for Pietro would have to be just as young.

I sure hope he doesn't go with a Marvel Zombie's plot line. I know that was just a random comment from "Ain't it Cool News", but I hate the whole Zombie mania wave that's swept everything from movies, to comics, to TV. The only zombie I like is Solomon Grundy, and he's not likely to show up in an Avengers movie.
