It is nowhere near the JSC Emma Frost. The portrait is still recognizable as JSC - I've got the art plate right next to it and you've got to REALLY be picking it apart to say it doesn't look like the source art.

There is one (ok, TWO) areas that don't look like the source art, but it isn't the face.

I just won the Ebay EX for $434 USD shipped ($317 was the winning bid). I wasn’t going to pick it up but it was too hard to pass

Bro, you should have taken the deal SS was offering. $100 off plus free shipping + RP’s. It’s a really well done statue, but most likely a one off. Going to play her off Baroness and call it a day.

They weren’t offer that Ex with free shipping to Canada. Think it was only to USA. Now ssc has the reg with free shipping to Canada.

The $430 includes duty/ taxes that fleabay charges with Global Shipping. At the end of the day, I think it’s still cheaper than SSC.

Just got this in today... to my surprise, it’s signed by JS Campbell? Limited to only 20? Has SSC done this before? Seller never opened the box as he indicated it was sealed.

The original buyer bought that from the JSC online store. When SSC creates a statue based on JSC's artwork, JSC gets to sell that statue on his site, too. JSC will put his signature on some of them and put in there a COA. That's how you get that.

Ahhh.. not sure why he didn’t advertise it and said it was signed? Maybe he would had gotten more for the bid instead of losing money...

Yea, you would think he'd advertise that it was a JSC signed statue. Maybe it was a spouse or relative that put it up on eBay and didn't know the signature is added value.

SSC definitely needs to make the other 2 girls. They should've planned on that to begin with.

Any time there's a team involved, I doubt SS will see it to completion. It's become their reputation.

But in this case you have only THREE girls at the core. It's not like ThunderCats or MotU. Even TMNT has 4 characters. What's next? SS completing only 1 character of a duo? They should've had Sydney and Natalia ready from the jump. Terrible foresight on this one (literally one).
