Nah, he's the same size. Its the camera angle. He's propped up slightly higher on the base, and a tad off to the side, and behind HeMan.

Its a pity this line ended, just looks so good. I'm amazed at the following motu has that the statue line in general is not stronger.

He's just on the ledge of the base. Theres a hollowed out portion beneath him, so its easy to balance him without having to worry about him falling off.
