I wonder who would buy this though. I guess the same people that buy those Hot Toys figures of costumes/characters that appeared for less than thirty seconds

The pose is a little stiff, but that head sculpt is amazing.

Accuracy is far from perfect.

They did not respect Gal Gadot natural facial asymmetry

It's OK on the widow's peak and the asymmetry of the hair line (but not 100% accurate).

But when I look at Gal Gadot : :
- her right eye and eyebrow are lower than the left,
- her mouth is slightly oblique from top to bottom and from left to right.

On the statue I also see these problems :
- The nasal base line seems too thick.
- The chin is a bit too round.
- The mandible seems too wide.
- cheekbones lack volume
- forehead is too high
- hairline is not accurate when looking at Gal Gadot.
- right shoulder is too round
- thorax seems asymmetric. And the right shoulder seem wider than the left.

For me, no one truly nailed Gal Gadot's face.

And when I read
- "Retail Price: $ 899 US"
- "Prototype samples shown. Product details could be subjected to change without further notice."
and when I see the pics...

Well, not for me...

And for comparison :

I agree that the portrait looks great! It is nice to see a piece that isn't her red/blue uniform. Sometimes different is nice...especially when they get it "right" as they did here.

The statue is well crafted, perhaps even more beautiful as Gal. Anyway I will hardly buy a "Gal Gadot" statue.. or from another actress/actor (or put a poster of them in my rooms). I prefer a WW who is close to the comics, and not of a well paid actor/actress. So this is not a "Wonder Woman" statue for me.. it is more a piece that fits for fans of the actress. Anyway: for those, this statue is well done and very lifelike in my eyes.
