I don't see any number like that. The only one I have is the one I'm referencing and it works on the BPost tracking site. I even went through my emails and didn't see any different string of numbers.

Did Lcdn send you an email letting you know that your order has been sent?

If so, there is a link on that email that you can click on called "Tracking link"

Once you click it, you get to bpost website, and there should be some numbers at the bottom. It should look like this...

Parcel details
Barcode bpost
CDXXXXXXXXXBE

Barcode sender
EAXXXXXXXXXBE

Customer Reference
XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Its the one I color coded in purple that's the tracking number used on the USPS website tracking

I wonder why you don't see it.

Come to think of it I never ever got a email stating its been shipped. I just happen to check the site and seen that it shipped.

So finally got my statue tonight and overall pretty happy. Paint apps are great, love the pose and different switch outs. One problem I have is the tip of the Uzi was broke. Luckily I found it in box and thought about attempting a repair but figured I shouldn't have to do such a thing. I'm just not sure who to contact regarding the issue to get a replacement arm or if it's even an option.

I did do that, just waiting to hear back. If they say I have to ship the entire thing back just for a replacement part I might just tell them to refund me.

I had contacted Ludovic asking him some questions on my purchase, and this is what he responded to one of my questions..(His dialogue is in bold Dark red color)

Dear xxxx,

thank you for your purchase.

I live in the USA and I also wanted to know what is the return policy, if an item arrives broken?

you are 100% covered, if there is an issue with your Deadpool just contact our customer service.

PS: we have received a lot of orders during the New Year weekend, we are working hard to fill all these orders as soon as possible.
you will soon receive the confirmation of dispatch of your order.

PS: please note because the holidays seasons the answers to mail are slower than usual


So he might take longer to respond due to the holidays there.

I assume the person you contacted is someone working at the site we both purchased the statue from? If so thats encouraging, hopeful the replacement period is not long and drawn out. I really like the piece so would like to keep it but we shall see.
