I think the head sizes match up pretty good, but the bulk of Superman's top half makes his head look much smaller in relation to his own body than Bat's.




EDIT: And now after looking at this again, they both just as beefy as each other.

Anyone else hope we get a grinning headsculpt?

I know it’s from the pretty badly written batman and robin: the boy wonder comic, but it’s still Jim Lee I suppose...

The neutral head plus an angry one and a grinning one would be pretty awesome imo!

I thought I could make it through those books simply because of Jim Lee's art, but man was it a struggle to finish the Absolute book.

I'm in the minority who finds All-Star Batman & Robin subversive and hilarious. Yes, both that and Strikes Again change the way one reads TDKR, but there's is a satirical anti-fascist through-line that effectively runs through all three. Frank Miller's recent political attitudes and DKIII admittedly muddy that and I'm not sure Lee was in on the joke while drawing ASB&R.

Anyway, hell yes to the grizzled portrait, but not the grinning one LOL.

Now that I think about, some owners of the 1:3 Miller Bats hoped the two portraits--one being a toothy grin--from the mini bust would be usable on the statue, but it didn't quite work without the capes not also being interchangeable. I guess the result for this Lee one wouldn't be too different given their default poses are both wielding bat grappling hooks.

I think the grinning portrait worked for the miller bats, looked good on the blue bust - kind of a sadistic im enjoying the hell out of this brawl kind of look. but this hush batman is crouched on a gargoyle surveying the city, not sure what hed be smiling about unless catwoman is across the way...

Dont really like the pose. Wish they had gone with a better one. However He looks good with Superman so this might look better as a whole set.

I prefer that to the current Batman who can't bring himself to smile even when he gets the girl.
