A lot of their Bayformers are like that. Shockwave was 79 pieces. Also all the ones I’ve owned the heads wobble. Both Megatron’s, Galvatron and Shockwave. The only magnets in the heads are for the battery compartments. I’ve had no issues so it should be fine.

The wobble is by design?

Yeah unfortunately. It could just be P1 being lazy or cutting corners but they’ve done this on their other Transformers. The heads all have pegs that slip down into the neck hole. The wobble is vey noticeable on Shockwave and LK Megs. I’m pretty sure they did that so people can pose the head at different angles. ROTF Megs & Galvatron just move left and right and are very restricted. On the LK Megs all 3 heads, the pegs are cut at a slant. (I need to correct myself Shockwave & LK Megs have tiny magnets at the bottom of the pegs, I just looked) When you place them in the hole the magnet forces the heads at a downward angle so they are looking down at that angle but you can still rotate the head 360 till it hits something to stop it. Even with the magnets they still wobble. I found it very odd on this piece the first time I put him together but understood after looking at the pictures that P1 wanted him looking downward.

I owned 2 of their Optimus’s and their heads wobbled too. The 2 G1 pieces their heads were secure like the XM pieces.

ill probably have to do something about the wobble but looks like an easy fix. should you have to fix something on a $2000 statue? of coarse not but aside from that its one of the most impressive statues ive ever seen so its a non-issue for me even if its slightly annoying

Wedge a little piece of paper towel in the peg hole. The quicker picker upper works wonders on loose pieces. Can’t tell you how many 2k pieces I’ve had to do this to.

True, but seriously does anyone actually care about Nemesis Prime? IA’s is unique and XM’s is kinda different. It’s just like the company’s that take Optimus and color swap him and call him Ultra Magnus because of the toy...

We could have gotten a Bumblebee Shockwave or a DOTM Soundwave with the effort they put into these recolors.
