im curious if they will have enough replacements. seems like a lot of people are having issues with their piece.

I think all of them have fitting issues. My replacement is worse than my original. I would at least like to get one without paint chips.

wow that is bad. not acceptable for something that is $700.

I'm curious if all of these have the same issue. right underneath the belt. Mine has the same issue. I'm hoping they do right and try to fix what they can. I was invested in this line and just dropped over $1k for both Akumas. If it continues like this not sure if it's worth it. I don't mind the cost if I were getting something close to no issues.

Wow i agreed thats too much errors to keep but i think most of the Ryus have that gap. Hopefully u get another one.

I feel tha the greatest majority of flaws are in the 1/4. Perhaps the 1/6 was a better idea in fact.

This is not accurate we have only had 12 replacements thus far.
It is virtually impossible not to get some bad copies even when you spend a whole week working 12 hour days making sure all of them are perfect.
Maybe someone should post the positive comments we have been getting which greatly outweigh the negative.
It is very simple, if you feel the product has issues we will gladly refund your money, no problem.

We are easy to deal with however some collectors are very hard to please even when we offer a replacement or refund.

We understand your concerns and are doing everything in our power to fix the situation.

We have even hired a person to QC everything before shipping. We haven't had a complaint until now.
Those who know me know I don't like to rip people off, we are here to addrees each situation on a case by CSS basis, remember we are not a multimillion dollar company.

Only had 12 issues so far for 1/4th and no issues at all for 1/6th.
For a brand new company I think that's a decent record.

We have engineered Akuma in a way that it will not have any gap issues, the gi didn't open under his belt rather the whole gi is one whole and cut vertically from the sides with very strong magnets.
