Thought she would get an adult or normal head, not such a toonish one.
Seems my fault.
Im very disappointed.
Looks good anyway, but now it will probably be a miss for me.
Whata pity.

CANT ANYONE DO A BEAUTIFUL ADULT MERMAID ?
Theres nearly no nice prepainted one available..worldwide.

Always been a fan of Sneyd's art. Looking forward to seeing the final piece.

Sorry if I don't know, but who exactly is this character? Other than that the sculpt looks pretty cutesy, especially the face.

^Based on the cartoon art in Playboy magazine. I think Moore has done an incredible job capturing a potentially very difficult 2D face in statue form.

Saw the prototype at Comic-Con today & she looks great. I'll try to post pix later.

Thanks. Not sure if I want to get it though. Trying to stay in comic book and video game statues.

I wanted to like this and was planning to buy, but I pretty much feel the same way. I don't get the same feel fom the sculpt as the artwork it is trying to represent. Just my opinion, and I know the artist was also involved, but it doesn't work for me.
