Is it true that we'll be getting an extra part with the Hulkbuster Hot toys? I don't want to spoil anything but there's a clip that Marvel released where the Hulkbuster is fighting the Hulk and hopefully its that flying part that we see there... It looks F*ing Amazing... I heard from "budgetstark" (youtube user) that Hot Toys will reveal that part after the movie releases... so we'll find out soon what that "extra part" is.

Those parts are replacements of the hulkbuster armor. That was a part where Hulk totally destroyed one of hulkbuster's left arm and the parts flew down and constructed a brand new arm.

Chris
It was previewed in a convention before. And it's already up for order.

Yes, but those parts came from a flying "pod?" Hopefully it's that pod flying thing what we will get and not just more extra arms. As it will come with some replacement forearms already that have the repulsor lights.

I have a feeling that's why it's at such a high price because it will come with the flying pod/satellite plus all those LED's so it will make sense, but I could be wrong haha

1. Don't these super popular HT pieces usually appreciate over time? Or does it have to be an "EX" for that to happen typically?

2. Do we know if there will be an "EX" offering for this Hulkbuster or is it open ended?

3. I'd really love an even bigger (1:4) option, but looking around online it seems that Comicave Studios (which is Play Imaginative) has a less than stellar track record and I'm not thrilled with the proposed pose for the Imaginarium 1:4 statue.

So that means this 1:6 scale HT Hulkbuster is about the best, most highly detailed quality option?

thanks!

Not all will appreciate over time. But they do hold their retail value at least. You can rest assured thought that 90% of ironman appreciate over time.
