What's so hard to believe? The detail is obviously for a 1/4 scale statue. This blows the museum piece out of the water. It's still available because it wasn't that good in the first place. People are already talking about selling theirs to get this.

I kinda think the detail is too great to just be a 1/6 scale figure, but I could be wrong.

I'd be suprised if this is not a PF. I really don't see DC handcuffing Sideshow by not allowing them to do a Joker PF just because DC Direct previously released a 1/4 scale Joker.
