I've also been buying the core league and Bat-related heroes but I have to draw the line somewhere because of space considerations. Black Adam is tempting as would B- and C-listers like Blue Beetle, Miracle, Barda. But I don't know if I'm just one of say 10-20 people that would love to see those made.

I wouldn't hold out too much hope for Black Adam based on what Chad said about needing to hit a certain number of orders to justify making him.

I'm interested to hear how he's going to pull of the PO. It sounds like it would almost have to be like a Kickstarter. I hope Chad doesn't treat it as a normal PO and take money up front , since I imagine that would cause him an enormous headache if he doesn't sell enough. I would so bail on Black Adam if I were him.

I know Sideshow has cancelled something before and would have issued refunds. I sure hope the whole refund situation is sorted out before Black Adam goes up if the plan is going to be to take orders and refund if there isn't demand.

My read of his video was that he was definitely going ahead with a regular version that would be sold to secondary merchants. But he wasn't too sure about an EX -- he'd have to have the orders first. Maybe I misunderstood.

He said on FB that he and the cc company came to agreement. Now he needs some kind of plug in that should be put in by end of next week (given there are no glitches).

For some reason, I thought Black Adam was on the list of ones he was only going to sell direct. It's totally possible I have it confused with something else.

Black Adam will only be sold on the Tweeterhead site as far as I understand it.

Vicki told me everything is set up for refunds to happen Monday. Chad really seems to be getting his house in order, so props to him to owning up to problems and fixing them.
