Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The regular and ex looks a bit better, but expected a bit more. I will have to see how mine looks like on Monday. I might just hire a professional painter to redo it and the body.

Ugh, I guess I am forced to repaint both of my heads.
As I will when I'll get Rogue! Thanks for sharing the pics Steve!

I see a slight improvement. Definitely not the drastic change I was hoping for though.

The thing that went wrong is the molding process or something, the whole raw cast thing changed. Whenever the original exclusive and regular Rogue's go up for auction they should sell for a crapload of money considering that they were one of a kind, the one that was shown at Comic Con last year should go for like $5,000.

I've repainted two SS portraits now.
The exclusive Rogue portrait and Ms. Marvel's.

Ms. Marvel
I took the custom photo with a flash, her eyes don't look quite as bad as the picture, but you get the idea. The photo was taken at a low angle to show the eyes, but on display she is looking down more, so her eyes look very smokey, more like the SS proto. I am way happier with her now. The blank stare that she had from SS really bugged me.

I am looking forward to tackling the regular Rogue portrait. Even though we shouldn't have to repaint our pieces. I am glad SS isn't requiring us to break our originals. I can keep two factory versions and have two customs. If they did make us break one pair, I think they should have to refund us a portion of what we paid. I find both sets of portraits still unacceptable.

ditto...i'm happy for those who like the piece as it was or are getting their replacement heads to try and improve it...but this whole piece is a disaster IMO with or without replacements

so much potential
