I might just do that, but it really sucks to purchase such a subpar product only to have it properly redone elsewhere.

If only SSC would produce new headsculpts to be sold separately. I know I'd buy one, custom fees and all.

Obviously that's just wishful thinking on my part - I'm aware that would be detrimental to SSC's business model.

I have never received a replacement statue or part; does the shippment need to be signed?
