FTR Hot Wheels did do a 1:16 scale all metal Tumbler for but BB and TDK. It is very sweet an also has the opening canopy.
I love the HT Tumbler but after buying the HT Bat-Pod the quality of materials, which is high, still had me feeling I had over paid; and I paid cost as the LCS was owned by a family member at the time! I turned down the Tumbler due to the real estate that it chews up and do not at all regret my decision.

I don't think they did a 1:16th. They did the typical diecast size of 1:18th though.
