This definitely looks better, but the horns are placed correctly. The bottom of the horns lines up with the tops of her eyes.

Magik looks fine.
The Angelus portrait possibly looks better (with the fixed head size)

I think Magik suffers from the same issue, though maybe not as pronounced.

I have to admit, the more i look at Magik the more wig-like her hair looks.
My opinion of Magik just went down in the last few minutes. I still like the non-teethy portrait even if the hair looks like it's not hers.

The hairline is too high. The same e.g. Sideshows Angela.
For me, Angelus is perfect. Can't wait to put her up.

It's not nitpicky. We all notice different things, and have different thresholds about what bugs us and what doesn't. Don't sweat it if you are in the doesn't camp

I'm excited for this one, but I'm reserving judgement for the full reveal. I think the only real issue I'm going to have with it is the height of the wings. I know it's based on that art, but it'd be nice to have another option for the wings for those of us that would like a shorter overall statue.

I have Magik too and it's one of my favorite statues.
The only thing I don't like about the Angelus statue is the lack of Darkness on the base.
But I think without Darkness the statue is cheaper
