Pop Culture Shock Lawsuit Update!

Hello Everyone

Long time no see. Hope you collectors are doing well.

Im very excited to announce the trial between myself and Anthony Adams will be this coming week AND its open to the public!

I would greatly enjoy seeing some of you there (if you happen to live in the Las Vegas area) as the truth is going to come out and its going to sting and sting badly.

Trust me, if i was even a tiny bit worried Id not be posting this here. Ive been silent waiting for this opportunity and its now here.

Trial Information
Date: November 3, 2020
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Department: 11
Place: 8th Judicial District Court – Regional Justice Center (Third Floor, Courtroom E), 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101

As this is an ongoing legal matter i wont be responding to anything in this thread. Im just hoping some of you come and watch the proceedings and hear the truth.

But even if you cannot, the court allows the trial transcripts to be released, which I will be doing, and that alone should clear up the massive obfuscation thats been going on the past few years.

What is there to play out?
I thought Jerry sold the company then decided to leave having agreed to stay on for a while.
Then there is the other issue of not wanting to hand a certain statue over.

Well what ever happens I hope they lower their prices on all 1/3 about $300-$350.

1/4 I think they are doing ok

I think the issue is that there was a lot of pending refunds before the sale, possibly something they were not aware of. Having not read the suit at all I am guessing they are alleging that there was more debts then what was disclosed (refunds that people requested). . Whether that is the case, whether they consider those debts in the first place I dunno. It also depends on how they purchased PCS as there is more than 1 way to do it.

Most of that would be considered "unsecured" liabilities. Depending on how the sale of the company took place, if the original company did not disclose that they had hidden unsecured liabilities, it becomes very difficult for the unsecured creditors (IE customers who pre-ordered something) to claim it from the new company as there is no obligation to honor said liabilities. In cases where we had that problem at my previous company, the cost of reclamation usually was outstripped by court costs and that why most unsecured creditors take whatever they can get because they are last on the totem pole short of equity holders.
