Definitely. My favorite when I was a kid. Always put on exciting matches, and knew how to work a crowd.

Randy Savage was a great wrestler with above average promo skills but IMO would not be considered to one of the top 10 wrestlers of all time.

For those that say he is not in the Top 10, I need to see your list.

Hulk Hogan
Undertaker
Shawn Michaels
The Rock
Ric Flair
Bret Hart
Mr Perfect
Kurt Angle
those are my Top 8. after that i think who you wanna add depends on what criteria you're looking at. in terms of overall star power and legendary status, i'd say Macho Man deserves to be in that list.
if we're talking pure wrasslin' skills, then there's quite a few i'd put ahead of Macho Man - RVD, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, Marty Jannetty, Owen Hart... etc.
if you're talking legends, there's quite a big pool to choose from, some very debatable, eg. Ultimate Warrior, Yokozuna, HHH, Ted DiBiase, Davey Boy Smith, Andre the Giant...
