On the subject of sea or air, as far as i can tell, PCS do not offer an option?
If you want air it would probably be significantly more expensive but you can probably ask them. You should be able to tell who is doing the last leg of shipping based on the tracking number, just paste it in google and it will take you to the relevant company.

Sideshow default to air.
PCS appear to default to sea.

PCS when providing a tracking number should mention who they have shipped with.

When i have no idea who the courier is, i tend to try 17track first.
At the moment 17track returns the following info:
The number may belongs to one of the following carriers: (and provides a list 8 possible companies)

One of the 8 is bassed in the UK.
I visist the UK courier website and enter my traking number, only to receive the message:
We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel

This tells me, the parcel is in the hands of another courier company until it is in the hands of the UK courier company.

The parcel remains off the radar until get's pick up at some point?

DHL FedEx UPS will track a parcel throughout the whole journey.

I assume, PCS have found a way to lower shipping cost, which i am not complaining about

The same here. DPD.
DPD cannot provide any form of tracking until they have it in hand.
From China to DPD remains a bit of a mystery tracking wise.

With the Dejah Thoris that just came out i got the tracking number on 10/28. And it took until 12/10 to see it update to “we have your package” then it arrived on 12/17.

I have a tracking number.
It links to DPD, which probably means it is on a slow boat before reaching DPD.

Storm 1/3 has been 5 weeks and counting. I assume ocean travel can be 3 months max?

My card was charged today.

Hoping this means she'll be shipping soon.

Looking forward to collector pics

Hopefully someone got air shipping, otherwise it's going to be a while before we see any.
