Yes, it's like a funhouse mirror which makes him look normal in the mirror.

Looks like an Alien from the MIB films.

The fact it is the only one in a case and no name tag probably means it's a custom design from another company that is sharing ECC's booth, like the little red riding hood statue or those weird animal sculpts Cinemaquette sell.
