Episode 2 Padme from Craig Drake

I purchased a Craig Drake 20 x 30 inch commission from Hero Complex Gallery about 14 months ago. I just received it last week. There were a couple of issues as Mr. Drake request several subject options for each commission request. I was told that he would do Ahsoka (I asked from Rebels) and it was even on my invoice as such. Fourteen months later I opened the shipping package to find this. I can't say I am unhappy with it as it was on my original list of options. It's just that I was expecting Ahsoka. So that threw me off. On top of that, shipping was almost a disaster. HCG is only about 20 miles away from in downtown LA, but I paid for shipping as I don't make my way to downtown that often. When I picked this is up at a FedEx Office, there was a softball size whole in the box. Luckily for everyone involved (especially those a-holes in FedEx), it damage was only to the outer box.

This photo was taken with the painting still in its protective sleeve so please ignore the weird reflections. I have to decide what I plan to do for custom framing.

Drake said he's working on converting this to a print so he's working official licensing channels. Here's his digital sample he posted to Instagram

Amazing piece! Let me know who you used if you end up getting it custom framed.

I have a few paintings I would like framed as well but I'm too scared that it'll be destroyed somehow when I hand it off. I feel like I should contact a museum and ask who they use.
