Pretty cool. I wish the Gal statue was by herself though.

The figure work looks good.

The kid, outside of the likeness which I only can judge from a few frames in a trailer, is actually a very fine sculpt, as that age range is hard for a lot of artists to depict properly. They aren't shrunk down adults.

Highlighting young Diana in a piece like this does make me wonder it's significance narratively. What does a childhood training montage need to inform us about an adult Diana in conflict with Lord and Minerva?
Now that I type that out, I think I can imagine (something along the lines of teaching her mercy or compassion to competitors in distress probably).

I do wish the likeness on Gadot was better- or really there at all. This is as generic a Gadot as anything else out there.

The more I study Gal's face, the more I see some distinctive shapes and angles to hang on.
It's frustrating that the only pieces to have really captured her are the silicone busts. The $3500 Horse came close, as did the training version (proto at least) but she wasn't in the iconic costume, so it would have been a pass for me anyway. The Prime One JL piece came close too I guess.

Outside of the busts though, nothing has been a home run.

Looks more like Mary-Louise Parker to me than Gadot.

Despite the unrecognizable Gal Gadot, it's on my list, with the golden armour statue.
The likeness of their WW on horse was really good. I don't understand why IS can't do that again...

Looks amazing, but think I may be tapped out on smaller scale Wonder Woman pieces.

I appreciate the concept and artistry in this piece. Right now it's not for me, but that could change once I see the movie.

I can see this hitting the mark for a lot of potentially new collectors of various ages. This could be a smart entry point to inject new blood into the hobby.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
