Don't forget how Prime 1 was ready to join forces with IA because IA told Prime 1 that they had the Marvel license for distribution in America. They joined forces and then Prime 1 found out IA actually DID NOT have the license and then that collaboration fell through. If Prime 1 wanted to sell their stuff through loopholes as you suggest, they would have already collaborated with the likes of XM.

No, that is the MRIII TDKR base.
The eagle one I was talking about has since been removed from the group after they confirmed the fallout.

Only thing I can think of is maybe LBS wanted to collaborate with Prime 1 to sell their stuff (and access a world wide market) through Prime 1 since they were piggybacking off of Sideshow's license. Once the Sideshow and Prime 1 Marvel collaboration fell through, LBS had no choice but to go to XM.
Word of the fallout between Sideshow and Prime 1 with the Marvel license was about 1.5 years ago. This Cap from LBS wasn't announced through XM until recently.

What an amazing piece! Real terminator vibes. I'm embarrassed to say I don't know of this character, but am now reading up on him. I'm a Batman fan, but I feel like these Superman characters really translate so well into statue form. The colors just pop. Possible PO for me.

This one looks cool, but selfishly I was hoping the DKR Superman would be first lol. Guess I'll be waiting longer for that one because I can't imagine they'll put up 2 Superman's close to each other.
