Hi Jerry,
love the new 1/8 statues already (but please fix Sakura's face!).
Some questions:
1) When will we be able to pre-order them?
2) Will they be released monthly, bi-monthly or at a slower pace?
3) Will there just be a pre-order for each single statue or you will arrange 'wave' pre-orders too?
Wave pre-orders would be cool, as they could come with 'wave exclusives' - alternate outfits like sf1 Ryu or KillerBee Cammy or even very obscure characters like Twelve or Remy, who would be very hard to sell in a standalone release.
Wave pre-orders would also give you an idea on the number of 'core' collectors for the line and would push people in buying wave characters they may be iffy to buy thanks to the 'exclusive' lure.
Do you think this could be implemented?

I loved the new 1:8 line shown at WonderCon, with the exception of Sakura's face, which seems a bit off. Any chance it can undergo some tweaks before production, or is it final?
Also, will we still get any kind of variants (P2 or otherwise) for the new line, or is it going to be regular versions all-around?

Could PCS not transfer AP deposits?
Reason being that some of us support the company heavily and pre-order statues right at the release window and don't end up with a single AP, only to see them end up being sold by those that did get them.
Currently it feels like people that didn't participate in the pre-order launch are rewarded.
Wouldn't it make more sense to put any PO transfer at the end of the line and give the AP or low number to the next person in the pre-order line?
I know this probably adds extra turn around time for transfers, but you are basically the only company that does these anyways.
