I don't have money to throw in on this, but I DO have suggestions. lol
Going by your tastes... somewhat:
Cabin in the Woods (either the attic, or the kids in their "cube", surrounded by the other occupied cubes... ha.. kept it spoiler-free!).
Oblivion (I'm assuming)
X-Men: First Class (Erik eliminating the elderly "bar Nazis" scene)
Any of the Romero "Dead" movies
World War Z - the wave of zombies overtaking.. everything (read the book first, you Momos!)
Teeth - the girl's in the tub, and bubbles are coming up from.. well.. there. LOL
Creepshow 2 - the kids on the raft segment; have it come through the planks, dissolving the foot/calf of one of the kids (though you don't see the gore, just the glop on the shape of his lower leg) while another kid's diving into the lake to swim for shore with the glop about to crash down on him in wave-fashion, and the third is huddled in a ball in the middle of the raft.. of course the car's visible as well, with its doors open, and jeans hanging off one of them.. taunting them with its safety.
Misery - a pic of the hobbling process while she's setting the log between his legs would be pretty brutal.. her sledgehammer (or whatever she used) resting against the base of the bed, about to be utilized.. and the author horrified, while she's crazily grinning would be fun.
.. never can go wrong with a Gremlins poster.
