Is Grundy for sure NOT going to be in this new Legion of Doom? I sure hope he's in it. He's a must have member of the L of D in my opinion, but I thnk I heard that Bruce Timm said he wouldn't be coming back, after his last demise at the hands of Hawgirl's magical Nth Metal mace.

It's Gorilla Grodd who's leading LoD.
Luthor breaks out of prison and is invited by Grodd to join LoD.
I like the fact that the series is coming back so soon. Love it.
