I echo these statements. Base looks very nice, logo works very well. Turned out better than I expected!
I feel the skin tone is a couple shades too dark, but that could be a lighting issue.

Just my opinions:
Pros: - It's freakin Conan!
- Throne and body are awesome
- The "Conan" logo with the sword through it is epic
- Detail is incredible
- Skin detail is amazing (but skin tone is not)
Cons: - Skin tone is too dark
- Hair and beard have no grey in them
- The sculpted fur doesn't match the spots like the fur in the real photo
- This looks like Arnold's brother, not Arnold. Sculpt is very close but not quite. Head and mouth are just a little too wide and the eyes don't have that flat dead stare intensity he had in the final scene of the movie.
All in all this is a great statue and I'm sure it will sell very well.
(Keep in mind the photos below were both shot in completely different lighting so it's not an accurate color comparison by any means)

could be the lighting and angle of the camera. but in the close ups it looks too fat to me.
