In the end I think the head size is bugging me too much. The small head size in the show is something I've been aware of for quite sometime and it used to annoy me but now it's grown on me, so when I see the proportions reversed it's kind of jarring.

That would be life-size...for season 5 or so. 
Actually, with this being 26(?) inches, it's the same size they were as babies.
