Yeah, that was pretty terrible. Donna looked great from what I saw of her before the video went out. I'm really liking this line.

THANKS for all the kind words. To say the very least, that video didn't go well. I was nervous and the technical problems didn't help.
We will be trying again on Jan 29th. Hope you'll give us another shot!
Thanks again, I knew the first one was going to be difficult but not this difficult. In the good new dept, it can't get much worse, right?
