It's not a custom. It's the first Danger Room Sessions Wolverine sculpted by Erick Sosa. It's pretty hard to come by now, but they're releasing a brown costume Wolverine next year.

Beautiful custom, Hellsbells51. When Brown Wolvie comes out, I'm thinking of getting two. Maybe one I'll customize to the tiger stripes. 
As these gentlemen said, General, that tiger stripe Wolverine is a Kotobukiya statue. Had I known Brown Wolverine would take 5 years to finally be released, I would've bought one when it first came out. The most recent eBay listing sold for $680 maybe less than a week ago. Big bucks.
