I don't think I can recall a modern era comic going for that much.

Since Bill Pope is the cinematographer, this show is going to look gorgeous.

I hate that Seth Rogan is involved in this. The guy is a complete jackass!

I'd say as long as he stays behind the camera we have nothing to worry about.

This Is The End was great, hilarious while exploring the bonds of friendship in a good way. The Interview, not great but still a fun movie despite the extensive media coverage and expectation that was riding on it during its release.

Both movies directed by Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg.

Seth plays a jackass type character in certain movies, maybe people have been accustomed to perceive him as one in real life based on that .

I personally have enjoyed most of tbhe films I've seen him in, but I'd rather not see him in this project.

He and Evan both will be the directors and writers, along with Breaking Bad writer/producer Sam Catlin who is also writing the pilot episode with them.

So unless it's a blink you miss cameo type of role, I don't think Seth is going to act in it.

AMC will air and review the pilot episode and then likely will decide on giving the series order or not.

In regards to Rogen, I'm speaking more about him on a personal level than a professional one. I have zero respect nor do I wish to support any individual that leads such a privileged life, taking full advantage of the liberties this country affords him, yet publicly disrespects the men and women that protect that very freedom.

Wow, clearly I'm out of the loop on his personal goings on. I know he's Canadian but that's about it.
