Wow awesome concept!! They keep blowing this 1/6 scale line out of the water! This would be cool on 1/4 but I want something that I can see more of his portrait!! The hunt and wait continues but I know Xm will bring it before ss does though that I know for sure!!

My take:
Since this collaboration is XM engaging the talents from HMO on concepts/sculpts for this line, then it should fall under same regulatory requirements/restrictions as per XM's contract with Marvel.
But of course, this question would be best answered by Shorudan... or has this been answered already in the "Ask XM" thread?
