Howether, many in this forum, including myself, have written to CM asking for characters to be produced (Darth Vader got the golden medal), but you'll get a answer that they are not allowed to discuss about lisences they plan to get.

But for sure, just seeing the interest, they could realize some potential they have with some iconical characters.

I talked to them about these two years ago and they said they were considering.

Don't get your hopes up.

They would be great pieces for sure but I doubt it will happen.
