Merl .. pack a suitcase and keep it in the trunk of your car .. just in case, the winds can shift at a moments notice and 10 miles is equivalent to about 10 minutes under the right circumstances. That way if (God forbid) something should happen you won't just have the clothes on your back.

yeah it is, but on the plus side i'm not going to work since the freeway is closed. And back to the downside the concert I was going to tonight was cancelled because of the fires. D'oh I was looking forward to seeing SIA live.

and right as you said that.... they've just started evacuating not that far from here....... we're next..... i'm going to go pack my bag and my Silver Surfer FS
