As you can see, this is shot with an iPhone.

Meh, I don’t have much interest in photography. If people don’t like the pictures taken with my iPhone 5, I can always take them down if it bothers you that much. I just posted some because Sideshow hasn’t done so.

I see a huge difference in the paint apps here.

Liking one sculpt over the other is simply subjective, personal choice.

In the paint apps though, I'm surprised anyone can't see the subtle nuances, and more delicate and precise applications around the eyes of the Rogue.

Also the sharp demarcation of the hairline on Hawkgirl was always there, but the forehead looks even more pronounced now- which may be associated with any elongation of the cast heads.

More pics from FB (Mike Lupica).

Frankly I would just return it. Both portraits are terrible IMO.

On the proto there's a subtle eye shadow above the eyes. On these new photos it looks like that's absent. The bottom eye shadow is still there but it doesn't fade it just kind of ends abruptly plus it doesn't look right without some at the top too. I'm still not sure about this one.

This is what an elongated head looks like

as well as bare minimum paint apps.

600 ES must not merit production in the "A" team facilities.

Not to mention the eyes are looking a very different direction to what's in the proto... Yikes

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Ouch, I feel bad for anyone that purchased Hawkgirl if they are all going to look like that.

I should have mine by tomorrow... That last picture is blurry and washed out from the flash of the camera... I'll just wait and see...

I believe it's also subjective. I found the make-up around Rogue's eyes to be way too heavy so I ended-up selling my Ex.

Regarding a possible elongation, I check the width/length proportion the prototype and of mine and they are exactly the same. The angle is just completely different on the picture you are comparing.

I hope Sideshow will come back to me ASAP for my broken spike and the paint defect on the left eyeshadow.
