right but the frosted glass could be replaced. the thing I was wondering about if anybody had them were the horizontal inserts. I watched a video of one being constructed and they are separate from the outer frame, so I was wondering if they would be easy to put where you wanted instead of where theyre supposed to go (4 equally spaced per door)

Look out for #1. Don't step in #2 either.

Could you maybe explain this like I'm inept? For some reason it's not clicking.

The frames are predrilled for the horizontal inserts. But you can leave out the inserts all together and use one solid plexiglass sheet.

-you know where the pegs insert into the sides of the frame? (where the shelf sits on)
-between the pegs you can mount an additional piece of wood so that the shelf itself is not just resting on the pegs but also this for additional support
-if you mount a piece of formed metal (not flat) to the underside of the shelf it will help prevent the shelf from bowing (to a certain point, it would be better if you could find a way to attach it to both the shelf and the sides of the cabinet)
-hope that helps that's about the best I can do without pictures and I don't have any of these cabinets yet

I don't have a solution but I admire the problem.

Go to a hardware store and ask for some L brackets. They'll come with screws as well. Drill those under your shelf along all 3 sides of your cabinet for additional support!
