I watched these Battlefront videos last night and was floored. This is truly next level gaming, at least from a graphical standpoint.
I haven't read much on this game but I'm hoping there is a decent single player campaign and not designed solely as a multiplayer experience.

Certainly looks nice graphically. Unfortunately it is extremely light on features from what we know so far, no single player campaign, no space combat like we saw in SW:BF2 and only 40 players online... even on PC.
Still, this is EA, I'm sure plenty more features will be available down the line for more money

Im surprised everyone's so impressed with this. It's a reskinned Battlefield. I guess it's the SW beer goggles.

I watched the video last night, and when the rebel soldier floated up and was obviously being "force" choked followed by the appearance of Vader, I let out an audible "oh sh!t!" My wife heard me and asks "what's wrong, what happened?" I quickly explained and she says "oh yeah, I can understand your reaction." while rolling her eyes and faking true understanding of what I had just witnessed.
From everything I've seen so far I haven't seen any missteps. If the game lives up to the sneaked footage we're in for a real treat.

Not really and I'm a huge SW:BF fan, and it's a shame to say that. I am in no doubt that it will be fun to play, I just wonder for how long.

No campaign mode = no interest from me despite how great it looks.

Sadly, campaign mode is what ruined Battlefield in the first place.
