Got my waitlisted Huntress today, unfortunately, she came with one of the ears in her headpiece broken off and missing. Plus some of her hair broken. Contacted Sideshow and waiting to see what they will do.

I'll see how this ends up. If they don't have a replacement head, Then I'll return it and order one from Prime. and just have to wait a little longer.

that is what i am wondering. i got the psc cammy that was on waitlist from sideshow and when it arrived, it had a broken ponytail. when i buy from preorder, i never had this issue. i just got another statue from waitlist, i will see if it is anyway defective.

Oh well. As suspected, SS has no replacements. So, she’s going back. Ordered from Prime One. What are you going to do?

Shouldn't be like that. I dont mind getting a return as long as the parts that were damaged got exchanged for new parts. I seen people on FB post pics of SS doing shady stuff with waitlist statues like painting over chipped parts to even gluing back broken parts. Then when confronted SS denys it. It happened to me recently. They painted over broken piece and I only found out about it a week later. I Asked Sideshow about it and all they could do was give me a return or accept $150 in a giftcard. Now, this has only been for P1 pieces. SS has given me a replacement piece for their pieces no problem. It's just if you dont order Prime 1 pieces directly your ---- outta luck. That's why now I only buy P1 pieces from them because you will be covered if a piece is damaged or broken on arrival.
