This was officially released on 9/25/13 and available for "in stock" ordering through ShopDCCollectibles.com or WBShop.com as of that day. Diamond distributors had a shipping delay but was predicted to be in shops today (10/2/13).

Just got mine and it's stunning! I think they cast the figures in a flesh-colored porcelain because the translucency to their skin is really amazing and lifelike. The applied paint is immaculate - probably THE best paint I've seen for any DC production statue - even the small intricate facial details are superb. I'll have a full exhibit up very soon with turnarounds and close-ups.

I think it is the same translucent resin DCC used in the Man of Steel statues. People didn't care for that implementation but it looks great here. They even painted the fingernails.

Either they improved that technique a LOT or its something else because the Man of Steel statues looked like rubber doll heads.

And the only statues I've seen that on are the ones Gentle Giant did for them... haven't see that rubber doll head syndrome on anything else DC makes..

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I ordered my statue directly from DC Collectibles a month ago. I already posted pics in this thread and I still love the statue. It simply gorgeous.

After experiencing DCC's lack of packing materials, I'm not sure if I'm going to purchase anymore statues and busts directly from them. I have brought all of my DCC/DCD statues and busts from Ebay vendors and they use secure packaging materials. I'm glad that my statue arrived safely but I feel less confident in ordering directly from DCC though.

I hope this "kissing" thing becomes a new line on its own.

I can want to see :

Aquaman/Mera

Green Lantern/Star Sapphire

Zatanna/Constantine

Harleyquinn (new52)/Joker

Swamp Thing/ Abigail (new52)

I think they already ended the line with Batman/Catwoman

I think this depends if DCC wants to commission concept art. Both the Supes/WW and Bats/Cats statues are based on existing artwork.

The Cover Girls of the DCU line was originally based on Adam Hughes covers. But they later commissioned AH to do concept art.

So unless there are good existing artwork of other "kissing" scenes, they will have to commission some concepts.

Is this next?

Green Arrow/Black Canary is probably the next big power couple I could see them doing.

I'm STILL waiting for this to arrive at my LCS. Anyone else? I'm in Canada...is it possible it hasn't arrived yet?
